Return Policy

At Moodio, we want you to love your purchase.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
