We ship to all U.S. states and territories, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Standard U.S. shipping usually arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment.

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

We allow a short processing window before orders are fulfilled. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@moodiostudio.com and we will do our best to assist.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right.
