I live in Philly! Can I pick up my order?
Yes, there will be an option at check out for Pick-Up. This will negate the shipping fee. It will take up to 48 hours to process your order, then I will reach out to you to either pick up your order or I may offer to drop off your order.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States. Shipping prices will vary on where you are shipping to. Our shipments are sent from Philadelphia, PA.
What is your return & exchange policy?
We do not issue returns or exchanges at this time. This is a very small business. Thank you for understanding!
I'm missing an item from my order, what should I do?
Contact us and please provide photo proof that your shipment is inaccurate.
Can I cancel or edit my order? Can I change my shipping address?
Once your order is placed, it is automatically being processed. Please go to our Contact page and send us a message including your order number and full name. We will try to catch your order if we can and get back to you.
Having delivery issues?
- Contact us and tell us what happened. Once the package leaves the studio, it is out of our hands and the resposibility of the carrier. We will try to resolve the issue as best we can.
