Important things to know for vendors

Items provided to each vendor
• (1) 6x3 foot table (They are in rough shape, definitely bring a tablecloth!)
• (1-2) chairs

No access to power to your booth
There are outlets inside the garden, so if you need to emergency charge something you can, but your booth will not have access to power so bring a portable power bank.

Event cancellation. No rain date
In case of heavy rain or storms, we will have to cancel the event and you will be refunded the vendor fee.

Vendor cancellation
If you cannot make it to the event, you will not be refunded the vendor fee unfortunately. Please shoot me an email as soon as you know you cannot make it. I recommend you find someone to replace you, but please email me to confirm and have that new vendor accepted.

Set up
Look at the map to see where your table is located. Check the schedule to see when you should arrive. (map coming soon)

You cannot bring a tent, because there is not enough room on the sidewalk.
